Katame no Kata - A Different View

The aim of this course is not so much as to teach Katame no Kata as to cover the core Ne Waza techniques where Tori can better understand how to apply the techniques and where Uki can understand how to make an effective escape when each of these techniques are applied.

The aim of this course is to go over in careful detail all of the key points in relation to each of the main categories of techniques.  To look at foot positioning, grip, posture, balance, movement and directional relationship between Uki and Tori so that each technique is dramatically improved for every attendee.

Referee Course - Starting out as a Referee

This course is aimed at those who wish to become a Referee and learn the basic skills to qualify as a Club Referee.
Bucks Area Grading & Course

This will be a one day course with a grading taking place at the same time.

The Course will be run throughout the day with Primaries, Juniors and then Seniors being graded on a seperate mat.

Registration is at 9am with everyone on the mat at 10am.  The event will finish at 4pm.

This grading is for all Juniors and Seniors of 3rd Kyu and above.  It is a Contest grading and those of appropriate grade can contest for Points.
